Recently today, Malden police issued an arrest warrant for one of the two remaining suspects on the loose. He is an 18-year-old kid named Christian Virgle of Malden and is wanted on the following charges:
1. Stealing a Vehicle, Grand theft auto/Fast & Furious style
2. Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident
3. Operating a vehicle unlicensed.
The third charge of operating a vehicle unlicensed was complete whack. He either never drove a car before according to the Boston Globe.
Here's how the incident played out. The three suspects (Elijah, Christian, and unknown person) went to Herb Chambers Lamborghini dealership early Tuesday morning in Wayland with how they got there remains unknown. They crashed the glassed window to gain access to the building and eventually find the keys to the two Lamborghinis, both of them being Lamborghini Urus SUVs. The newly made cars were going to be priced between $250,000-$270,000.
They then stole it out of the dealership morning along with a white Chevrolet Cruz. Wayland police were aware of the break-in at the dealership and were soon on the chase. They were able to pull over white Chevy, but the two Lamborghinis continued eastward on US-20, speeding into the dark night skies to Malden.
Couple of hours later into the morning light and the morning rush, an off-duty cop in MAlden caught the two cars speeding on the streets. They eventually crashed there and set off foot until Elijah was caught and arrested. The other two (Christian and an unknown 17-year-old boy) are still on the loose.
Christian, if you are reading this. Turn yourself in. There is no way you are going to get out of this shit incident.
