This is the first good blog post I have posted in such as long time. It seems McDonalds is trying to win your back.
According to CNN Business, McDonald sales went up in the last three months thanks to its launch of Spicy Chicken Nuggets and some meal combo based on the well-known rapper Travis Scott which includes the following:
-Quarter Pounder Burger w/cheese, bacon, and lettuce
-Sprite Fountain drink
-french fries on the side w/BBQ sauce
Talk about some celebrity endorsement! Throughout the recent years, McDonalds has been getting fewer customers, although most of the existing McDonalds (or I like to call Micky D's) been ordering more food, whether or not people are eating it as a way to quickly eat and get back to work, people getting stressed out, or people using it to eat some comfort food.
The decline in sales with McDonalds is very likely to dealt with the coronavirus pandemic. CNN Business said that breakfast sales are on the decline due to more people working from home, as well as people possibly trying to avoid foods that are unhealthy (including me, in my opinion.
But with more celebrity endorsements w/rappers (like creating a new meal based on J Balvin's like, in addition to the Travis Scott meal) mainly due to the amount of people listening to these kind of music nowadays, in addition to introducing Baked Goods, McDonalds may be on its own resurrection.
